Flowers have been used for a myriad of life occasions such as births, weddings, funerals. But what is it about floristry that can both celebrate new life and pay respects to those who’ve passed? Why do designers put in the effort and time when their work eventually decays? What are the emotional responses conveyed in the language of flowers?
